We want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase. Buying a pillow online can feel like a leap of faith, so we’ve created a returns policy that removes the risk and gives you confidence in choosing what’s right for you.

Because our products are used in different ways, we have two returns policies: one for the Posture Form Pillow (Regular & Low) and another for our wider product range.

Posture Form Pillow (Regular & Low) – 40 Night Trial

Your Posture Form Pillow is the pillow that will be supporting you every night. We know it can sometimes take a little while for your body and sleeping posture to adjust to a new contour or structured design — that’s why we offer a 40-night trial.

If, after giving it a go for a couple weeks, you still don’t find the pillow comfortable, please email us at andrew@postureformpillows.com.au or call 0400 695 803 - we are always here to help.

  • You have 40 nights from the date of delivery to decide if it’s right for you.

  • To start a return, email us at andrew@postureformpillows.com.au or call 0400 695 803.

  • Returns must be sent to us via a trackable service to ensure proof of delivery, the pillow needs to be posted and confirmation of tracking emailed to andrew@postureformpillows.com.au by and not after the 40 day mark from date of delivery.

  • Please note: pillows with dirt, stains, or odours resulting from poor care are not eligible for return.

  • Returned pillows are never resold - however they may be used as display samples or donated to charity.
  • Once your pillow is returned in good condition, we’ll refund the full product price. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

All Other Products – 14 Day Return Policy

For our other products — including the Peanut Pillow, Big Peanut Pillow, Travel Pillow, Children’s Pillow, Pillow Protectors, and accessories — we offer a simple 14-day returns policy.

  • Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you’d like to return an item, by emailing andrew@postureformpillows.com.au with your order number.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

  • Returns that are visibly used, marked, or damaged cannot be accepted.

  • Returned products are never resold - however they may be used as display samples or donated to charity.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process a refund for the product price.
