Memory Foam Pillows
Our memory foam pillows are made in Australia from breathable NexGen foam, for contouring support, temperature regulation and everyday comfort.
What Makes NexGen Memory Foam Different?
Not all memory foam feels or performs the same.
NexGen is a fully open-cell, graphite-infused hybrid memory foam used in our Australian-made pillows. Its open-cell structure allows more airflow through the foam, while natural graphite helps regulate temperature without relying on cooling gels.
It gives you the contouring feel people expect from memory foam without the heavy, dense feel associated with some traditional Tempur-style foams. Unlike shredded memory foam, which is made from loose pieces and offcuts, NexGen keeps a consistent structure throughout the pillow.
NexGen is also developed for greater longevity, maintaining its density and structure for longer than traditional memory foams that soften, collapse, flake and lose support over time.
Posture Form works with Australian foam manufacturers to produce the Posture Form, Travel and Children's pillows. NexGen is non-toxic, sustainably made and used exclusively by Posture Form for pillows.
Memory Foam Support for Sleep, Posture and Recovery
A good memory foam pillow should do more than simply feel soft.
NexGen memory foam contours around the head and neck to help relieve pressure points and tension while helping maintain neutral spinal alignment. This can help reduce muscle tension and joint strain, ease neck and back pain and discomfort, and support better sleep, posture and recovery.
Better head and neck positioning can also help reduce headaches and support clearer breathing during sleep.
All three pillows have adjustable height using a removable layer. They are designed for side and back sleepers and are not intended for stomach sleeping.
Each pillow also comes with a breathable, hypoallergenic protective cover that helps regulate temperature, wick away moisture and remain gentle on sensitive skin.
Posture Form Pillows are stocked in more than 300 clinics around Australia and trusted by thousands of customers.
FAQs
What is a memory foam pillow?
A memory foam pillow is made from foam that responds to pressure and body heat, allowing it to contour around the head and neck.
Memory foam was originally developed from technology created by NASA and has since been adapted for bedding and sleep products.
What is the difference between NexGen memory foam and traditional memory foam?
NexGen is a fully open-cell, graphite-infused hybrid memory foam that allows greater airflow through the material.
It provides contouring support without the heavy, dense feel of some traditional Tempur-style memory foams, while natural graphite helps regulate temperature without added cooling gel.
Are memory foam pillows hot to sleep on?
Some dense memory foams can retain heat, but not all memory foam is the same.
NexGen uses an open-cell structure and natural graphite to improve airflow and help regulate temperature without relying on gel-infused foam.
Can a memory foam pillow help with neck and back pain?
A memory foam pillow can help by contouring around the head and neck, relieving pressure and helping maintain neutral spinal alignment.
For people experiencing neck or back pain, the right pillow height and support may improve comfort and reduce tension during sleep.
Can a memory foam pillow help with headaches?
Poor pillow height and neck positioning can contribute to tension through the neck and shoulders.
A memory foam pillow that supports the head and neck in a more neutral position can help reduce the tension and the headaches that come with it.
Are memory foam pillows good for side and back sleepers?
Yes. Memory foam pillows can work well for side and back sleepers when the height suits the person and their sleep position.
Posture Form memory foam pillows have adjustable height, allowing the pillow to be personalised to suit you.
Are memory foam pillows good for people with allergies or sensitive skin?
Our memory foam pillows come with breathable, hypoallergenic protective covers that are gentle on sensitive skin.
The covers also help wick away moisture and regulate temperature while protecting the pillow.
Do memory foam pillows lose their shape?
Traditional memory foam loses its support over time, becomes softer and starts to flake and disintegrate.
NexGen memory foam is developed for greater longevity, helping it maintain its density, structure and support for longer so the pillow continues to perform well over years of regular use.
