The Posture Form contour pillow is designed to provide optimum comfort and spinal support while you rest, allowing your muscles to completely relax.

This is achieved by providing ideal alignment for your head, neck, and spine to encourage a neutral, stress-free sleeping posture.

Our ergonomic pillow for posture is designed to support correct spinal alignment, relieve neck tension, and adapt to your sleep position and body type. You just remove the layer piece on the bottom of the pillow and the pillow is lowered by 2cm.

It’s the perfect density and support for relieving neck and shoulder pain, as the contour keeps your head, neck, and spine in alignment while reducing shoulder compression (when side-sleeping).

The contour pillow for side sleepers provides extra support by ensuring that your head, neck, and spine remain properly aligned to alleviate the pressure that can build up when sleeping on your side. This reduces the likelihood of waking up with stiffness or pain in your neck or shoulders.

Fabulous pillow!

Fabulous pillow, I’ve never has a better sleep. Really supportive and just comfortable the moment you put your head down. I usually don’t like high pillows, so I’ve opted for the low profile, which still gives the chance to go even lower by taking the add-on out. Simply put, if you struggle with finding a good pillow, look no further and get this, you’ll do yourself a big favour!

Perfect sleep

The very best pillow I have tried and I do have a cupboard full of tried and tested with unhappy results.

I love my pillow

I love my pillow. Due to Arthritis in the back of my neck I have struggled to sleep well. I have been using a Down pillow for many years and it is reaching the end of its life. I discovered your pillow while visiting my great grandchild. The best. Can’t believe I have found a pillow that works.

At last a really good supportive quality pillow

After having reviewed many offerings of pillows claiming to offer support for your neck, quality material used in construction, etc., I purchased one. The advertising seemed to convince me that it was the "best" on offer.

It duly arrived all squashed up into a small parcel. After a couple of weeks I decided it was not what I wanted - no real support and only average material quality. So back to researching.

This time the Posture Form offerings emerged as looking far superior in virtually all respects - materials, design, support offered. So I purchased the Posture Form Pillow.

It arrived in a large box, not squashed up, wrapped in a protective envelope. First night it was a little too high, but no problem as removing the insert reduced the height to a much better level for me. Now, after a few nights it is proving to be very comfortable and supportive for both back and side sleeping. Material equality is first class. I look forward to many more comfortable nights sleep.

Overall this is a quality product that does what it claims, and probably more. You get what you pay for, and in this case the price is well worth what you get.

Can I use this pillow if I switch between side and back sleeping?

Yes. The Posture Form Pillow is designed to support both side and back sleepers thanks to its dual contour shape. The higher edge offers proper neck support while side sleeping, while the lower contour supports a neutral spine when lying on your back. If you move between positions during the night, the adjustable height and gentle contour help maintain alignment without needing to constantly reposition the pillow.

Does this pillow help with snoring?

It can. Many people snore due to poor sleep posture that causes the head to tilt forward or compress the airway. By supporting your head and neck in a neutral position, the Posture Form Pillow helps keep airways open and unrestricted. This improved alignment can encourage better breathing patterns and may help reduce posture-related snoring over time, especially for back sleepers.

Will the foam feel too firm or too soft?

Not at all.
